Orders received before 12:00 EST will be processed and shipped the same day.
After this hour, orders will be proceeded and shipped the next day.
Orders received on Fridays after 12:00 EST will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.
All the orders made during weekends and/or public holiday will be taking care of during the next business day.

La Maison Inland offers a FREE standard shipping worldwide for all orders over 100$.
All orders are shipped from Quebec, Canada.
Depending on where you are located, delivery time may vary.
For all Canadian orders, standard delivery can vary between 1-5 business days.
For all the other countries, delivery time can vary between 3-12 business days.
* Please note that delivery time might be a little longer if you are located in a remote region.
Shipping cost will apply for any return, except for an incorrect order. Returns must be shipped to our warehouse in Quebec, Canada.
How can I track my order?
After your payment has been approved, you will receive an order confirmation.
As soon as your order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive another email with your tracking number, which will allow you to track your order and see the estimated delivery date and time.
My order is a gift, is it possible to remove the invoice from the box?
Only a packing slip without price information is included in every order.
If you are not able to collect or receive your order, La Maison Inland inc. reserve the rights to charge you all costs of shipping and handling occurred by the automatic return.
The amount will be deducted from your initial payment when the refund will be proceeded.
Mistake in purchase order or order received in double
If you happen to receive a mistaken order or an order in double, La Maison Inland inc. has the rights to order the return of the unpaid received articles.
Please contact our customer service to explain and start a return process.

Mistake in pricing
If you happen to buy a product at an incorrect price due to a mistake from La Maison Inland inc., La Maison Inland inc. as the rights to proceed with partial or full refund, and/or cancel the order.
La Maison Inland inc. holds the rights to cancel and refund any orders that might be fraudulent for security purpose.
