    La Maison Inland inc. offers a warranty that covers defects in material or workmanship of 5 years from the date of purchase.

    To make sure we will be able to repair or replace your watch if you have any defect problem with it, we ensure that we are keeping for a minimum of 5 years a sufficient amount of parts for every model of our product.

    This means that if you ever have any defective parts or either if the assembly of your watch is not correct, we commit ourselves to repair or replace you watch if necessary.

    If you return the defective product within the warranty period, La Maison Inland inc. commit to repair or replace any watch or parts that are covered by the warranty free of charge if the warranty conditions are met.

    Please note that shipping costs and handling fee will apply for any warranty services, and you are responsible to return the product to La Maison Inland inc.

    After warranty period, any repair or replacement will be subject to fees.

     

    La Maison Inland inc. is not responsible for any damage resulting from improper handling causing a malfunction of the watch.

    The warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by lack of care, accidents, loss, theft, fire, natural catastrophe or any other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.

    Warranty does not cover aging and normal usage of the watch, the battery, the case, the glass or the strap (for example, scratches or color fading).

    The repair or replacement of the product or certain parts due to water infiltration is not covered by the warranty if the crown was not completely pushed when the watch was in contact with water.

    We won't accept any warranty claim for products that does not meet our warranty conditions.

     

    Please keep the order confirmation you receive after your purchase order.

    This order confirmation is your proof of warranty.

    LEATHER AND SUEDE

    Our warranty covers defects in material or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. 

    This warranty for our leather products does not cover damages due to a lack of care, accidents, loss, theft, fire, natural catastrophe or any other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.

    Warranty does not cover aging and normal usage of the strap (for example, scratches or color fading).

    If you have a damaged or defective product and you think it meets our warranty conditions, you can contact our customer service.

    To submit a warranty claim or a service request, and to help us accelerate the treatment of you request, please provide us the following information in your demand:

    If the product is returned during the warranty period and that a material or a workmanship default is found and approved after inspection, we commit ourselves to repair or replace the leather strap for free.

    Please note that shipping costs and handling fees are applicable to any warranty claim and service request and the customer is responsible for the return of the product to La Maison Inland inc.

    We will assume freight charge to send you back the product(s) once repaired.
