    Any product(s) bought directly at maisoninland.com can be returned within 30 days of your purchase order to receive a refund.

    The product(s) must be unused, in the original packaging with intact labels and protection stickers.  The product(s) must be in the exact same condition as when you have received your purchase order.

     

    Please follow the steps below to start procedures for your return:

    1- Please contact us at info@maisoninland.com

    2- Specify your purchase order number and the reason why you want to return your product(s) in the email

    3- You will receive an automatic email including your return label

    4- Please pack the product(s) in its original packaging, add the completed return form inside and put the return label outside of the box.

     

    RECEPTION OF THE RETURN

    Once your return is received at our warehouse, the product(s) will be inspected to determine if the return is accepted or refused

    The return can be refused if it doesn't complies with our Return policies. 

    Once your return is processed and the product(s) inspected, you will receive an email to inform you of its acceptance or either its refusal.

     

    REFUND AFTER RETURN ACCEPTANCE

    Once your return is accepted, we will proceed the refund by your original payment method.

    Please note that shipping and maintenance fees will be deduct from the original purchase amount.

    Refund will be remitted within 10 days of its reception at our warehouse.

    This delay includes the possible treatment delay at the warehouse as well as the delay your bank or your payment provider takes to make the payment.

    Please note that shipping costs and maintenance costs are not refundable for returns of unwanted product(s).

    Charges of 10$ will be deducted of all Canadian orders, and charges of 20$ of all International orders.

     

    EXCHANGE

    Please note that we don't proceed to any product(s) exchange when it comes to unwanted product(s).

    To get another product(s), you simply need to follow the steps to return your product(s) and make another purchase order for the desired product(s).

    If you received a damage product(s), the wrong product(s) or you have a product under warranty, please refer to return policies of the "Damaged products and Incorrect order" and "Product under warranty"

     

    DAMAGED PRODUCT AND INCORRECT ORDER

    If you happen to receive a damaged product or either, a product you did not order, please contact us as soon as possible.

     

    Please follow the steps below to start procedures for your return:

    1- Please contact us at info@maisoninland.com

    2- Specify your purchase order number and the reason why you want to return your product(s) in the email and please join at least 1 picture of the product

    3- You will receive an automatic email including your return label

    4- Please pack the product(s) in its original packaging, add the completed return form inside and put the return label outside of the box.

     

    We will surely assume all the charges for the exchange of your product for your complete satisfaction.

     

    HOLIDAY SEASON RETURN POLICY

    Please note that only for the Holiday season, our Return policy is extended!

    For every purchase order made from November 10 until December 10, you have until January 11 to return your product(s).

    For all purchase orders made after December 10th, the regular return policy is applicable.
